Toby Hopkins

Toby Hopkins is one of your two Labour councillors for South Balham ward. A long-time local resident and parent, Toby combines business experience with strong charity involvement. He champions local businesses, uses the common daily, and listens to residents on issues that matter — from cleaner streets and improved rubbish collections to tackling crime. ​Passionate about healthy streets, Toby has worked with the council to deliver new cycle hangars for the community.
