Steve Worrall

Steve was elected as a councillor in Shaftsbury and Queenstown in 2022. He has lived in Battersea over 20 years. He is a senior manager in charity with a background in sexual health and previously counselling. He was on board of Governors of two Hospital Trusts. Previously an anti-apartheid activist and AIDS awareness campaigner, Steve was banned from South Africa for his activism. He is a passionate advocate of LGBTQ+ issues and is involved in council committees overseeing planning, finance, and local services.
