Jenny Yates

Jenny is one of your three Labour Councillors in Roehampton ward. Jenny was elected as a Labour Councillor for Roehampton in May 2022.  She is honoured to represent Roehampton and has been doing everything she can to stand up for the community.  She’s a governor at The Alton Primary School. In May 2023 she was appointed the Cabinet Member for Transport. Jenny is passionate about ending poverty and creating a fairer world.  So she worked for many years in international development. Jenny stood for the Council to help create a fairer and more compassionate Wandsworth. She has two children who went to local state schools.
